This not only saves manpower and material resources, but also avoids the problems of uneven gas welding heating and easy damage to the lining. The counterweight shield is severely worn. Due to the high viscosity of certain ores, they accumulate on the side plates of the crusher during the crushing process, which exacerbates the wear of the counterweight plate and increases maintenance costs. Even installing four square steel cleaning blocks outside the counterweight shield cannot completely solve the ore problem. Solution: Add a counterweight cover to the hydraulic cone crusher. Measure the size of the crusher counterweight protection device, add a counterweight protection device at the outer 10mm circumference, weld and fix the lower part to the retaining bar, and cover the upper part with a cover plate. This can prevent a large amount of ore from accumulating on the edge plate of the crusher, prevent slag from entering the internal lubrication system of the counterweight, and solve the problem of severe wear on the counterweight plate.
